Amazon.com 1-800- is?

somehow Amazon.com does list their 1-800- on their receipt or their site.

They have sent me a wrong item, and I cannot wait for an E-mail reply. Does anyone have Amzon.com 1-800 handy (it might be in the old receipt?)
