That's actually called a miracle. It's a statistical possibility that out of X number of catastrophic car accidents, a person will survive Y number of times. This number is very low, but it happens. If anyone wants to repeat this scene with their Audi and prove me wrong, go ahead. But things like this occur with all cars; Audi's, Fords, even a Geo Metro.
