"We've now got that part" implies that it wasn't obtained from the live stream but, rather, it was obtained from the camera's on-board storage. The novelty of the first video is that it was live. As I theorized, there may have been an issue maintaining a connection as it dived.

This is amazing. I felt some vertigo at first. The cut-away was totally inappropriate and almost ruined the video.

It's from the description. There was no audible commentary in the dive video because it had original audio from the camera. That's even more indication that this was retrieved later. I strongly suspect that this is because it had to be. Perhaps the receiver was near the top of the tower or beam-forming can't work when the device moves that fast.
