Looks like a lot of people are downloading those, I couldn't get the US mirrors to work. I got the PlanetMirror one working by clicking through, though.

that 2nd one cut off like midway through the demo, but holy crap man, the engine is fvcking amazing. I really wonder what kind of beast is necessary to run this thing.

Oh yeah, they were pretty amazing. The shockwave was pretty cool. And I'm still impressed by how intuitive their level editor is.

ah, okay, yea, cry engine 2 available for licensing.

all that technology....hopefully they use it not just in FPS, be nice to see it at work in RPG and RTS genres.

Yup, I'm in the same boat. My hope is that some open sourcers get together and find a way around such restrictions.

You dont have to get vista to play it, but it wont look nearly as good in dx9.

the video i've seen of the DX9 version still looks mindblowingly good.

Yes, DX10 is Vista exclusive.
