Considering there's no shadows or reflections of any sort on the floor, yeah it's PS'd.
 
I though the same thing, a friend sent it to me ... and since there are no shadows by the crapper, I would hazard a guess its a 'Chop. In that dingy bathroom, I can't imagine the optimal lighting would brighten the dark corners. Even so, its impressive as hell.

besides, at any angle other than the door the pipes wouldnt line up nice and it would look like poop.
