Amazed at Office Depot Service!

wow, i ordered a chair online two days ago and my coupon didnt show up after confirmation. I used their site to write and email explaining my situation and they credited my account in two days without any hassle. my code was valid but they didnt even ask for it. they didnt ask for anything. great service!

I agree. I've had nothing but great service from OD in all my dealings with them. Even their B&M employees are friendly & helpful, which is a rare thing in New Orleans :|. I really like that you can order from their website and pick up your order at your local store, or if you have it delivered, it comes from a local store so you don't have to wait very long!

Think that's good service? I bought a L-shaped computer desk a few weeks ago and stupid me, i'm driving a civic with subs in the back so I have no trunk space... i didn't think about it when I went to buy it.. and didn't think about it until we brought the desk out and were getting ready to put it in my car

The guy offered me to use his truck to take it home... I was hesitant.. and decided for one last attempt to shove the thing in diagnally from the passenger front seat to the other side in the back seat...

It fit... BARELY.. but that was pretty nice of the guy to offer me his truck.
