Needing to upgrade current H81M mobo with new CPU and GPU I'm a bit wary in investing further on old Intel CPU when with the same money of the Haswell i5 (4 core 4 thread) I can purchase a Ryzen 1600 (6 core 12 thread). I can purchase a mobo as low as 60 Eu and have at least x2 if not more speed in UE4 light calculation, with the option to later purchase a Ryzen 2 or 3 for further upgrade.

Need to deal with the installed RAM 2x8GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600Mhz CL10, I suppose there are no way to use them on AM4 mobo, just asking for you expert confirmation.

None that I've seen. You really want faster RAM anyway, I wouldn't go any lower than 2133 (I have 2400 and 3200 here)..

Not really interested in further invest in this setup but in the possibility to switch to AM4 socket, avoiding to pay also for a new DDR4 RAM.
Appears to be not possible so either I simply stick with LGA1150 and purchase a new Haswell CPU or I need to purchase mobo+RAM+CPU to switch on AM4.
Selling old RAM it's an option maybe I can offset part of the cost.

Haswell, that's my 4790K, running 32GB DDR3-2400. You're going to need new everything beyond that (Skylake,Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake, Ryzen).
