Where can I find a page showing what each pin of the AM2 socket is for? Like which ones are ground and what not.

For some reason the document that should contain that info (31117) doesn't seem to be publicly available. I would have expected to find it here.

939, 754, 940... no 1207 (F) or AM2.

edit: What is it useful for?

Crap, this kind of stuff used to be easy to find! Don't have time now, but maybe I'll go poking around later.

I'd also like to find that info.

ocinside.de has their interactive pinmod for AM2, but it shows only 1.350 and 1.550 options from a 1.300 VID X2-4000. I think he is only showing the easy mods, those with adjacent pins.
Already looked in the bioses for the one mobo, and it has nothing to unlock.

Where in that PDF are you seeing a pinout? I see descriptions for a subset of the pins, but not even location numbers (e.g. "A1") for those pins.

Couple of sites complain that the AM2 31117 data sheet is not public, and it is released only under a non-disclosure agreement.

The other socket pinouts are readily available from AMD in pdf form. I've had no trouble downloading data sheets from Intel.

Looked over the 939 and 940 sockets and it is obvious that the AM2 VID pins are in different locations.
