Unless I missed something, there was no public announcement of these new chips; only socket F. It'll be interesting to see how they clock compared to their 939 brethren.

IIRC, there was no public announcement of the Socket 939 Opterons, either.

They're all 90nm parts and should clock about the same as the s939 equivalents. The only nice thing about these is the 1 mbx2 l2.
