AM2 mobo that can do 290+ HTT/FSB

Any suggestions? This is a new rig just to toss around so I'm looking for a mobo that can take my spare 4000+ X2 up to 3GHz. Any suggestions? I'd like RAID (0/1) & to stay under $100. It would also be great if the mobo supported AM2+ for when the new B3 Phenom's drop down in price, but this isn't a priority.

In most cases HTT is limited by the CPU itself not the mobo....however you may want to consider the AMD 770/790 boards (AM2+) as they are far better for OC'ing than 'older' AM2 boards.
