AM2 DDR2 noob question

So I got a Sempron 2800 AM2 for dirt cheap to mess around with while I wait for the AMD price drops. I'm trying to get 8x300 = 2.4 on it right now but confused about the DDR2 speeds. I know with plain DDR that ran at 200 I would have to use dividers to go over 200, now since DDR2 is rated at 800 do I still need to use dividers? I'm using these RAM sticks and a TForce 6100 AM2 board.
