My Brisbane 3600+ is arriving on Wednesday or Thursday, and I was planning to OC it as soon as it got here :D. I just wanted to know what a good safe limit was in terms of VCore for 65nm. I'm assuming it's around 1.45-1.5V?

Also, what's a safe limit for running D9GMH based G.Skill HZs? I've read of many posts over at XS forums of people who have had their D9 sticks die after a few months on voltages over 2.3V.

Definitely stay below 1.5v, although I'd try my best to keep it around/not much over 1.45v, personally.

Actually, they'll last forever at 2.1v, their default voltage, but I'd guess that you'll have gotten rid of them by the time they'd die from 2.2v of vdimm.
