I have an Athlon 5350, ASRock AM1H-ITX, 90w AC Adapter, 1x8gb DDR3-1600 @ 1.35v, OCZ Vertex 460 240gb SSD & 2x120mm fans. It measures 17w from the wall at idle & 34w average while under load (Prime95 In-Place Large FFTs) as measured with a P3 Kill A Watt meter. Everything is at default.
