As some of you know, I had some problems with the neighbor cat lady, who for those of you who remember my other post regarding my dogs and her cat, she has been telling the other neighbors that she hates me. She thinks that I am ruining her life. In any case, I found a great place just on the other side of town, not mucha of a difference in travel time, but is in a much better neighborhood.
The average for the houses of similar size was 550k, and they are asking $585k. I will low ball them (it would be worth 585k to me, hopefully this pair of grandparents who are selling the house aren't ATOT'ers!) and offer 550k, and see how eager they are to move to Utah. I am already pre-approved for 600k, so I am ready to sign when they are ready to accept.
