OK, well it's been decided........they want it.

BUT................

The day they decide they don't want it anymore, it comes back to me. I've got it in excellent running condition right now, so if they f this up.........:disgust:

I will miss her while she's gone........:(

There are quite a few more things I'd like to do to the vehicle assuming they don't take it, but if they suddenly decide they want this thing, then I ain't dumpin' another penny in. They've pissed me off already.

Note that when the guy from work "offered" it to me, I just had some basic questions & I said, "Hey, no sweat"..............and I already HAVE 2 cars. These in-laws of mine should be jumpin' up & down at this opportunity since they only have one car........what have they got to lose......it's FRIGGIN' FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :|

I agree with you...100%!
what in the world are they thinking. Not only should they be jumping up and down at the change to get a free vehicle... but they should be asskissingly grateful to do so!!!

There just taking it to make you happy.
They probably think it's a beater.
They probably don't want to deal with the expense of keeping another vehicle on the road.
I would find someone else to watch my kids if the car issue bothers you that much.

I have an old truck also (83'ranger)
So I know that some people just don't understand.
