Am I the only one who can't get walmart.com?

Also, why is it now that when I try to run 'ping' from a command window it gives me this 'unrecognized command' BS?? I have to run it from the exact path now...how did my path change?? MSconfig seems to be okay??

a lot of websites have programs set up for blocking ping utilities in hopes of not getting a DOS attack.
