Am I the only one having trouble with PLYR 1 Skullcandy headsets?

So it wasn't really an issue for the first year I had them,but now it's the most major issue on my computer. Whenever I turn them on, my Down speed goes from around 40 to like 2 (if i'm lucky). I know it's my headset because I've tested it with it on and then again with it off. I'm guessing it has something to do with it being wireless, since this is the only headset that has ever done this to me. Whenever I try to use it, it makes me lag, pages won't load on the web, whenever I try to use vent voices start to lag and i'll get kicked from vent soon after that, and I lag ingame. I've been struggling with this problem for so long, someone help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you connected to a 2.4GHz wifi? Really for gaming, wifi is the devil and you should always use ethernet. If you can change the channel for the headsets, try that. Or on your access point.

This should also have been posted someplace other than gaming.
