Like i said before, it's a movie...not a social event. Why do you need someone there? People who talk during movies are jackasses.
Its more of a time issue now...I've been really busy with work as of late (worked 3 weekends in a row, worked a week in Reno) and then I like to work out and catch up with my friends during the weekends and in spare time. If I were to go it'd have to be at like midnight on a Saturday night, and even then I don't know if I'd be able to sit through all 3 hours...

Anybody have any idea whats going to be added in to the Extended dvd version?

I was quite happy with the extended FOTR DVD, hoping the Two Towers on will be just as good.

just go u wuss..it'll be gone soon and u'll have lost your chance to watch it in full resolution. dvd doesn't touch film.

and when we watch movies, we're all alone.

I haven't seen either of the LOTR movies yet. And I don't really care to.

(Wife's father loves to talk about movies. My only way out is to say that I haven't seen the movie yet.)
