Am I supposed to get 1099 forms for my savings account and/or Roth IRA?

because i didn't..... i only got them for my normal brokerage account. should i call up my bank and/or my brokerage and have them send the others?
 
If you got interest on your savings, you should have gotten a 1099.

Roth 401K, I don't think you would since the earnings and interest are tax free.
