Err... that was nick's side of the story as relayed to him by mosh (presumably). So the best case scenario is mosh thought about distributing it but didn't or hadn't yet. Again, how stand up is that?

Mosh knew it, and told me she was taking steps to protect herself.

The only remaining question is whether she was only talking about sharing information from the mod forum, as you claimed, or whether she actually shared it.

That's what I want to see proof of, either way.
