The only information I have seen leaked has been extremely disturbing threads pertaining to dossiers that exist based upon suspicion and miss-trust, not facts. I think the reaction here is based off nothing more than fear of people really finding out how people run this place J Edgar style.

Here's the thing, and take it for what it's worth - I don't cause many problems around here.

It's one thing when the usual suspects get banned, but this one involved a permaban on a member who is generally well liked, had been here a long time, and didn't cause many problems herself (Moshquerade). Mosh and I weren't really friends here, either, just to set that straight.

You don't "need to give" the details of "how it went down" but in this specific instance, that would be a pretty decent courtesy to the regulars here. For those of us that have been here for half, or all, of a decade, since the beginning, whatever, it would be the right thing to do.

That, of course, is only my opinion. It's up to this forum's administrators to decide what's owed or not owed to its members that have been around since the beginning, or damn close to it.

In the end, its just an internet forum, but someone with a long, mostly positive, history did just get tossed.

I like Mosh and have no reason to think otherwise...but why exactly was she an outstanding member?

People like lOke were outstanding members, too, until they broke one very serious rule.

it's true that there was one very specific "mod-vendetta" against Mosh, but I don't think the opinions of a single mod matter in this regard.

I trust that if esquared had legit reason to act as he did, then it is likely so.
