Am I SOL getting a refund for cirque du soleil tickets?

I purchased some tickets for family and we might not be going to vegas at all this year.
I read online and there seems to be no refund on any ticket purchases and you can't even resell them. Anyone know what I am supposed to do? Really don't want to eat these costs. I am not sure when the next time I plan to fly out there so I just want my money back.

We had an issue with show tickets in Vegas many years ago. They wouldn't do refunds then either. They did end up letting us use the tickets for a later show though. About all you can try is a phone call and see if maybe they will make an exception. How would they known if you sold them, maybe try ebay.
