Am I screwed? printer sharing in xp

I have xp pro on my computer formated with ntfs.
My other computer is window ME fat 32.
all I want to share is the printer (hp930c) on the xp machine with my win me machine.
can this be done?
I have setup the xp printer sharing but the winme machine does not see the printer. It only sees that my computer exsists.
help please.😕
 
No, you're ok. Just create user (ME user--login name on ME) on the XP machine. Then in the share printer permissions give the ME user rights to it. You'll need the HP drivers for ME once it installs that printer.
