Am I Screw? Bad Firware Flash, is CDROM Toast?

I have done some flash upgrade before, but this is the first time I screw up

The CDROM I'm flashing is the GoldStar 16X, or 8160b
The Flash version 1.15

I got into the DOS, and attemp my normal flash upgrade. Soon-After, my CD-ROM won't be recognize in the BIO

There is got to be a way to get the CD-ROM to be recognized by the BIO so I can Override the bad flash

Or am I screw?

Research the forums on cdfreaks . I have seen a number of discussions there in the past few months on what to do if a firmware flash went bad. Good luck
