Am I running my RAM @ 1T?

Hi! I was just wondering how you find out if your RAM is running a command rate of 1T? I have run CPU-Z and it returns:

CAS: 2.5
RAS to CAS: 3
RAS Prechg: 3
Tras: 8
Trc: 12
DRAM Idle: 16

Anyway to deduce the info from there? Sorry if this is a really dumb/silly question.

Thanks!

with cpu-z i only get the 2-3-3-5 stuff, not the trc or idle timer.

i too would like to know how you verify this, is it on all computers or just a64s? total newbie to this...

Your BIOS should tell you your command rate when you boot up the machine. You can also get this information running memtest86. I'd tell you the exact menu options you must navigate to access this information, but I'm too lazy to boot my floppy right now.

i have "oem" type motherboard - foxconn and although very reliable, very limited in its bios features. in the memory are there are only a couple of options you can change and that is not one of them. i will look on my nforce2 board's bios...can't find it there either...

I think it automaticly runs it at that command rate if you have 2 sticks of ram.

not for me i had to set it in the bios, but mines easy since it was under command rate in chipset settings

is that under the memory items where you can set latency and tras?
