Am I overclocking correctly?

As it stands from my originally clocks are 2.4ghz AMD 4000+

Now I have it at 2.61ghz,

1.4v, 2607.1 MhZ core speed
Multi: x12.0
Bus Speed: 217.3mhz
HT Link: 1086.3mhz

RAM is

Frequency: 173.8mhz
FSBRAM: CPU/15
2.5-3-3-6


Does this sound about right?
I did not change anything except the clocks of the cpu chip. (200mhz) original, I changed it to (217).
