So I got to RMA my stupid card and after lots of hassle it gets returned to me because it didnt have a white label on it, with PN and SN numbers. So they said they couldnt do anything. So am I now out my 500 clams I spent on the blasted thing? I CANNOT find a way to talk to someone at all with ATI, besides paying like 20 bucks just to talk to them. Any advice on what I should do, I would hate to buy another stupid card for that much money. I couldnt go to anything slower.
 
Idk why it doesnt have the label on it, I cant remember if it had it on when I first got it. But after a few months it was corrupting windows, then my POST. Then it just died.

Aren't you the guy who bought it off EBuy and there was some question as to whether it's a real XT PE?

Yea that came up, but its pretty much impossible to figure out. I didnt know about the white label then though, so now im in all this trouble. Maybe I should contact ebay, they might help.

Ebay won't do anything for you. Auctions are "as is". I'd say you're screwed.
 
Yea but not if its fraud. Auction said x800xt pe, not x800pro flashed to x800xt pe. And I never got a label, so I dont know if it really was one.

Reputable dealer like newegg is worth the money, and Fleabay is teh suxorz.
