Am i missing something with twitch.tv and justin.tv HD?

So i like to watch games streamed and other things, but these two sites used to have HD buttons like youtube does, what happened to them? I put in fullscreen but still blurry.

I'm using Chrome, maybe something messed up or i'm a complete noob and they moved it?

This would be your best guess, if you go to the quality buttons on either stream site (the button labeled HD) will show the the vertical resolution that the particular stream does support.
