Am I missing something? (4k displays)

So I remember people saying 4K is way too expensive and not good right now. I just saw an ad for a SEIKI 4K 120hz 39" LED TV at TigerDirect for $500. Can someone tell me what's wrong with that before I get itchy and buy it? 😀

Edit: I would buy it to use as a monitor not a TV.

it says 120 hz but at 4k it is 30

TVs dont tend to make good monitors either. Besides the obvious 30Hz.

Ahh didn't realize that. I'm using a TV for a monitor now and it seems fine for me. But 30hz would be a bummer.
