Am I going to owe taxes?

Is there anyway of estimating if whether or not my wife and I will owe taxes by what we have made and paid in at this point in the year?

Do you have a 1040 booklet/instructions/ form from last year? It's easy enough at this point to figure out what you'll make, total, for the rest of the year. You could "do" your taxes using last years forms/tables. That should give you a good idea.
