Am I going to need a new power supply?

This is my current setup...

E8400
ASUS P5Q Pro
4GB DDR2
2x SATA hard drives
1x IDE DVD burner
7900GS
Antec Earthwatts 380w

I just purchased a HD4890 since it was such a good deal I couldn't pass it up, but now I'm wondering if my PSU is going to be enough, especially once I start overclocking the video card and E8400 (which is currently stock).

If you are planning to overclock both card and CPU, you will certainly want to upgrade.

It'll probably handle it, but that 80mm fan will sound like a jet engine taking off on load. (Just like when I put a 8800gtx on mine)
Some good 500-600 watt unit would work and give head room for upgrades.

If you want to use Crossfire eventially something like Corsair TX750 or TX850 would be good supplies to get.

What is everybody thoughts on the Antec CP-850? I know it would limit my choices in case quite a bit and it definitely won't fit in my current case, but I've been planning on buying a new case for a while now anyway and the Antec Twelve Hundred is one of the ones I've been looking at.

It is one of the best values you can find if you have, or want that case. Performance on par with the Signature 850W for $100 less.
