It was pretty much either the TV alone or everything else, and she felt like she'd rather screw him by taking his Internet and all the cookware/utensils in the kitchen (plus personal affects, clothes, etc)
 
To get the TV, you might want to have proof of ownership and involve the local PD. The first time you had surprise. The second time...you need real backup.

Yeah... We've got 2 friends who are sherrifs, idk why she didn't just give them a couple bucks to show up in uniform to scare the ex's druggie brother.
 
Update: after the first trip down, we come back up to discover that the brother has us locked out with the security chain... This is a fun use of my day off. I didn't even have breakfast this morning :'(

Hmmm. You may have a lot in common, but she may be looking for a more spry, younger man. I am 31 and fit the bill.
 
Done for the day! Not arrested!

She'll have to make arrangements on a different day to pickup the TV and I strongly advised taking one of our sherif friends with her.

She reported the brother for living there and apparently he's either got to gtfo or they're raising the rent on the apartment.... From the sounds of it, the ex is basically stuck there since it's the only building in walking distance of his hospital that didn't require a credit check.
