Hey guys,

I found this seller through ebay, who has agreed to sell me 3 Sony Ericsson K750i's for $450 total(these phones normally sell for $350+ each). He wants me to send him my name and address now, and he is going to use a shipping & escrow company, www.fast-courier.com, and I will pay once I receive the package.

My instincts say this has got to be a scam because of the unbelievable price, but how could it be if he is using this escrow service? Unless the escrow service isn't legit, but there website certainly makes them look legit.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
 
this isn't unreasonable, if he actually got them really cheaply somewhere (possibly stole them). If he has high ratings and stuff I wouldsay it's legit.

maybe check what they are going for in other auctions, and make sure they are properly nlocked and all that good stuff.

if you get 3 give me one 😉

its either a scam escrow company (or one thats easy to scam through) or the phones are stolen. Either way I would walk away.
 
oh I forgot to add(and this is pretty important) he wants to do the deal outside of ebay, and he uses a yahoo email account


so the escrow service looks like its fake?

And you still think he may be legit? You're begging to get scammed.
 
Why use an escrow service if you don't have to pay until you receive the phones? Why doesn't he just send them to you directly?

Answer: because it's a scam.
 
I drive by that place all the time... I believe this is just a small ISP host... they probably just take care of the domain...

Eastgate Mall is name of a street. :roll: Many legit businesses are located along here.
