Am i done with my internship? today?

ive been working at this comp for half a year. today they took me for a lunch at a really nice place and tell me ive been doing a great job and that i can use them as a reference whenever i needed them.
never did they say today was my last day throughout the meal. oh and the team leader gave me candy and gift certificate as a present.

what should i assume, what should i do?
