I went to the gym monday night with a few friends... I usually go about once a week... Pretty much everytime i go, 2 days later i get incredibly sore and its hard for me to move my arms... Its not like im maxing out each time i go, i lift around what i think isnt easy, but isnt impossible.
Could i be stretching incorrectly or not enough?? Always seems to be centered around my triceps and shoulders...
