Am I compatible for XP?

Here is my computer setup, please tell me if something will not work or where I can get drivers for some things.

AMD Athlon 600
Ram is fine
Hercules 3d prophet 4500 w/ tvout
sound blaster live mp3+ 5.1
netgear fa310tx
hp 722c
logitech cordless keyboard and Trackman wheel
Plextor cdrw 1210ta
Nec dvd

I am planning on installing the latest xp and I want to know if these things work. I think my network card does, but I am not sure about the others.

Looks fine to me. If you can run Win2K with no problems, WinXP will be fine.
