It's pretty evident that many, many, people do not understand how the real world works. I knew a lot (15-20?) delivery drivers during school and I'd say the vast, vast majority of them made minimum wage. The delivery fee DID NOT get paid out to the driver, it was kept by the restaurant as a fee for preparing/packaging for delivery.

I've also known a few delivery drivers who get the full / split the delivery fee with the restaurant, so I can say along with you that it's not pure profit to the store for many pizza places.

As a side note: I can't believe how vicious this thread is getting. It's nonsense.

May I also say that $2.00 is probably the average I was getting per delivery. The only time this would piss me off was the 10 - 20 minute drives outside of town.

Those dick heads who would round up to the next dollar were the real dicks.



I was never the fuck with your food type of person, but let me tell you that there are plenty of drivers who are. There are plenty of in store people who will also fuck with food of people who are rude or are dicks. Everyone knows who the bad tippers are. Everyone also knows who the good tippers are.

When we were packed during bar rush the first people in were the good tippers. The first out the door were good tippers. The best made pizzas were the good tippers.

If you were a known bad tipper or just a jackass in general, you were last and your pizza looked like shit.



And by the way... You may think those "foreign guys" are below you and obviously have no idea that you are stiffing them but they do know and don't think that you are getting off scott-free.
Most of the foreign guys I know from delivering and from the taxi service (the only other people up as late as we were) were extremely intelligent and hard working. Unfortunately racist assholes like yourself forced them to take menial jobs in order to try to support their family because they aren't good enough in your eyes.

The one guy was a Lawyer in Egypt and was trying to get some money to get an American degree. One of the nicest and smartest men I ever met. Not some pathetic internet elitist troll.


 
Honestly, this is the exact reason there can't be a nef-con. Someone would say something opinionated and the whole meet would go up in flames with girl-like screams coming from every which way.
 
And on the final note. I like my diesel jeans to have the button up fly. Fuck zippers. I want expensive pants that are difficult to remove.
