Sent a package in for an return. The internet retailer has received it and said they have issued the refund.

Yesterday, they said they issued it. Nothing on my card. I sent an email. Today they again just sent an email saying that they issued my refund.

Does it take a while?

I've never been issued a refund before (really) on my debit card except once from RedBox. The refund appeared almost immediately as I was talking to the redbox rep.

Should I call or wait?

I always wait a couple business days. Very, very few CSR's can actually issue refunds. Instead it gets passed to another department to process. For that there is often a short delay.

It can take a few business days to post to your debit card. Maybe even next billing cycle. Give it 45 days. Keep the email in your inbox as a constant reminder.
To answer your question, yes, you're being too quick.

Yeah, I though he would be having a bit of an issue with the ladies.
