So my Rio Nitrus is defective after 6 months of use, but I can't get a RMA or return it because I don't have a receipt. Now I'm thinking of going to compusa, buying a new one, keeping the new one while putting the old one in the box, and returning it, saying it is defective. Is this a morally repugnant action?...Rio will simply be taking responsibility for a crappy product.
