Am I allowed to hold a contest with a $ prize here?

Am I allowed to hold a contest and then offer a pay pal $ prize to the winner or is that somehow violating something?

I was thinking of posting a really obscure single frame from a movie and then offering money to anyone who can guess what movie it was from and what part....

But I don't want to get in trouble. Thought it might be kind of fun....

EDIT: How do I contact a mod all I see is where they have been, for example their BOLD type in a topic, anyone know of one I can PM please?

Kind of like that new show on TBS? The mods were not happy with the last person who did a contest to give away I think it was a pc game he had. I don't remember much about it, though. (I would search for it if the search function worked...)

The Mods have allowed a reputable third party to act as an escrow agent for some transactions.
