Ghost or backup the harddrive next time. Then anytime... And I mean anytime they ask for computer help, just load the backup. They will learn and not ask for trivial stuff.

At least you got vacation days off. I barely have Thanksgiving day off. I have to go to work tomorrow morning and finish up a project. Friday I have to shut down all the servers (30) and assist the UPS switch over. Come back in on Sunday and make sure everything is working before Monday starts. I'm beginning to hate IT!!!

Heh thats only half the story. I have a brother in law who messes his computer up every 3 months. If that isn't bad enough, his mom always sits there and tells me what he did wrong.... Of course she doesn't have a clue what shes talking about, but that doesn't stop her from telling the IT guy how to do his job.
