I refuse to accept my Lite-On 32x's CD rips because they have 0.00027210884353741 seconds of silence instead of the ripped music at the end of each cd (only affects the last track)

so basically you had to have a program tell you that you dont find it acceptable.

It's either perfect, or it's not. I only accept rips that are of the former.

If you can hear a beep that is 0.00027210884353741 seconds long, I will give you one bazillion dollars. You are making rips and then converting them into MP3s right?

yep, that's me

and i rip DVDs to two or three CD XviD encodes with the original AC3 surround track...DVDs are already compressed lossy-style, so i dont particularily care about lowering the quality just a tad...

I give you 2 tracks, one is 0.00027210884353741 seconds shorter. Would you have a bad feeling to listen to the not-perfect track? (if you could tell at all, which I highly doubt)
