ALX-800 and M7NCD Pro compatibility

hey, I'm thinking of ordering the Thermalright ALX-800 from newegg to go with a new mobile barton. My only question is, does anyone know if this heatsink will fit a biostar M7NCD Pro? It's not on their list of compatible mobo's but since this is a standard clip design shouldn't it fit anyway? any help would be appreciated.. thx.

wish I could get the SLK-948 combo at thermalright but unfortunately my mobo doesn't have mounting holes around the cpu. oh well, got it for $50...can't complain too much

I bought this heatsink while it was $12. It's a really impressive heatsink, even though mine isn't being used right now.
