Always Hide Notification Icon's as Default?

Do any of you hackers 😉 know how I can tweak the reg so that when I minimize a program to the tray with This .. The icon will always be hidden? I want the arrow thingy so I can select the icons when I want to but there are a few programs I run that after each reboot .. I have to go into propertys and custom then select "Always Hide" each time after reboot?

Or it there a better way to just hide a couple programs but have access to them when I want to? I've tried all kinds of software and am unable to get anything to work correctly without resetting it up each time I boot the computer.
