Always goes to safe mode!! help!?

I replaced my MB, so deleted all enum keys, and had windows 98 reubild.

Then I ran setup as well.

All seems ok, when I boot I get the startup menu to choose what mode to boot in. Even if I select #1, for regular windows, it still boots into safe mode. NO erros messages at all. Just boots to safe mode every time.

Any hints?

 
Re-install Win98 WITHOUT formatting. That should clear up your issues.

EDIT: Didn't read post all the way..I see you did run setup. Nevermind. Sounds like a driver issue though to me.
