It all started around June 12thish, we started getting random disconnects, frequently, over and over, we basically waited a month and a half and after a few calls to comcast(some billing problem was found and the one woman we were on the phone with thought we were lying), we got a new modem. Problems persisted, so we decided to try a new main splitter in the house, the one we had was a 900MHz frequency so we shot for a 2.3ghz, at first the connection remained on for several hours and we had thought that it was all fine until the disconnects resumed. Now, I've already went through a round at one forum with these problems, but I've found that if I unplug the router and modem and then plug them back in, almost instantly the connection will be back. Could it be a router problem? Linksys BEFSR41 V2 router that we've had for over 4 years. The guys at the other board were telling me it might be a problem with the line coming to our house, temperatures outside, what do you guys think it is?
