Mikee posted this on the Hot Deals forum, I thought I'd bring it over here in case anyone doesn't visit that forum and also to get some opinions. Lian-Li PC60 aluminum case sans PS for $160 at http://www.bridgeview.com.

Any comments regarding aluminum cases? Sure they look cool, and they dissipate heat better, but how much better? I'm thinking I'd probably prefer a custom acrylic cube, but this case is very pretty. Also, will aluminum become the standard for cases any time soon? $160 seems a good deal cheaper than any I've seen before, so I'm tempted to jump while they're in stock, but I don't need a new case too urgently and will certainly wait if there's no good reason not to.

I can't really tell from the picture, but is the finish on any of those cases actually aluminum? It'd really be a shame to paint what could be such a glorious metallic finish.

If you click on the review link in my original posting you can see the pc60 up close in a number of shots. That case has a natural aluminum finish, the others don't.
