Aluminum Case: How to?

Looking for some info on how to build a comp case. Have'nt had much luck finding anything on yahoo. Just wondering what kind of work I would be looking at and how much $$. And this would be made out of aluminum.

BUILD a case? Why? You'll need a motherboard panel, or else a....um, can't remember the word for it; a good, very accurate drawing depicting where the holes will need to go, so that the motherboard can be mounted properly. And you'd also need information on the spacings for the drive bays, the PSU mounts, etc.

Schematic?

I also agree. You would either need a schematic for the motherboard tray and AGP/PCI slot spacing, or an old motherboard tray to use as a base and build your case around this. I can't imagine it would be all that cheap either. Why do you want to build a case? Aluminum cases can be had fairly inexpensively. Steel is even cheaper. Both can be modified if thats what you want.

Go for it man, I think building a case would be a really good experience. Just think of something really creative first, I mean, replicating a Lian-Li would be cool and all but it'll be boring.
