Alternatives to Paypal for short-term investment

Paypal's money market account is at 5% APY, and you get a dividend every month, and the investment is entirely liquid. Unfortunately, it's not FDIC insured. But what do I know about money markets? Are there any alternatives that are insured with the same yield?
