Alternatives to Norton Systemworks

I used to have Norton System works on my computer before my license ran out. I have now moved to NOD32, and Kerio personal firewall. System resources are a lot better compared to my NAV and zonealarm setup.

The only thing is that I miss the one button check-up that came with sytemworks. Is there anything similar to this.

I would keep System works for this feature, but I don't want to keep any symantec software if possible.

Any suggestions?
